Welcome to Music Monday, where I’m just going to wrap up this part of the Elsehere Soundtrack with a few pieces of music that didn’t need a whole post dedicated to them but that still merit a mention and an appearance on the Elsehere Soundtrack. So without further ado…

• Odyssey (modern version) – The Flight
  Off the Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey soundtrack, this has been one of my favourite pieces of walking music. Lyrically, it’s the direction I thought Sekhmet might be taking, back when I started the very first plot sketches, but things drifted away from that quite rapidly!
• Night Owl – Gerry Rafferty
  A walking track and another of those metronomic pieces I really like.
• Twist and Shout – Deacon Blue
  Another walking track that gets me to pick my pace up a bit.
• Unity – Chris Tilton
  The theme from Assassin’s Creed: Unity. I did not so much enjoy the game, but I love the music and could have comfortably added most of it to the Elsehere Soundtrack.
• A Good Man? – Murray Gold
  One day, I will catch up with Nu Who. Until then, I shall cling to Murray Gold’s music.
• Assassin’s Creed Origins Theme – Sarah Schachner
  Somewhat inevitably, this was another piece I listened to a lot and seems like a good track to end with.

So that’s it for the Elsehere Soundtrack for now. When Valkyrie comes out, I’ll continue on as that book has a very different selection of music (though you probably will recognise at least some of the artists/composers!).

Music Monday will be on hiatus for November while I focus on drafting Sage and editing Valkyrie and Cambiante, but will return in December to highlight some of my favourite seasonal stuff.
